Finn founded Equorix and leads the platform end-to-end — from technology and IP architecture through capital structuring, global commercial rights, and the operating subsidiaries the HoldCo stands up.

His career sits at the intersection of deep technology and commercial structure: assessing scientific defensibility, structuring cross-border rights packages, and building the operating infrastructure required to translate a portfolio into industries. He has led commercialization programs across materials science, energy storage, robotics, AI-enabled manufacturing, and structured technology transactions across the United States, Europe, and Asia.

He believes the rarest skill in technology investing is not finding breakthroughs — it is building the machinery that turns them into enterprises.
